Our mission is to contribute to the development of renewable energies in France, Europe and worldwide. We operate in two key sectors of renewable energy, solar and biomass, as a developer, operator and advisor in mergers and acquisitions.

Solar Energy:

Canopy develops on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties large-scale photovoltaic projects. Thanks to its reputable expertise and good market knowledge, Canopy manages all aspects of the project: technical, legal, administrative and financial.

Biomass Energy:

Canopy assists the client in the development, financing, and operation of biogas units. The client benefits from Canopy's expertise with a custom-fit solution that fits his needs, desires, and resources.

Development:

Management of the entire project and all stakeholders during the development and construction phases from the identification of opportunities to project commissioning.

Financing:

Completing the financial structuring, legal and insurance of the project and obtaining financing from banks and investors.

Operations:

Operational management of the plant during its lifetime (20-30 years).

Merger-Acquisition:

Expert advice on the purchase and resale of large renewable energy projects. The client, whether it's the buyer or the seller, benefits from quality structuring and rapid completion of the transaction in the best economic, technical and legal conditions.
