Maud began her career with an internship at CIRAD (Centre for International Cooperation in Agronomic Research for Development) in the legal division where she participated in the drafting of contracts with different partners.

She joined the Magisterium-DJCE (Diplôme de juriste conseil d'entreprise – Corporate legal counsel diploma) of the Law University of Montpellier during her 3rd year of studies, a program specialized in business law with intensive professional training.

Maud went on to get a Master DJCE II in Business Law and Taxation.

She joined Canopy in August 2010 as an intern in the legal team being hired to a full-time position afterwards.
